Welcome to the Queanbeyan and District Dog Training Club, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible dog ownership in the Queanbeyan, Queanbeyan District, and Canberra region. Established in 1992, our club has been providing obedience training for over 30 years, relying entirely on the dedication of our volunteers. Our primary focus is on teaching handlers the fundamentals of dog obedience training using positive motivation methods.
Located at the Hoover Road grounds in Queanbeyan, our club meets on Sunday mornings during NSW school terms. Our training sessions run from 8.30am to 11am, offering classes for dogs of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a first-time dog owner or looking to enhance your canine companion’s training, our club provides a supportive and educational environment for both dogs and their handlers.
